What kind of training does No Coast offer?

We offer one-on-one private lessons, small group training (2-4 athletes), positional clinics (setter, hitter, libero, etc.), team training sessions, pre-tryout prep, and conditioning.

What ages or skill levels does No Coast work with?

We train athletes from ages 8 and up, whether you are a beginner, JV/Varsity high school player, or an elite club athlete looking to refine your game. 

Where do lessons take place?

Lessons are typically held at local gyms or training facilities. Location details will be confirmed during the scheduling process. 

How do I book a private lesson?

You can schedule a session through our website (book online page) or by contacting us directly via phone, text, or email. We will work with you to find a time and location that fits your schedule. 

What should my athlete bring to a training session?

Athletes should bring proper volleyball attire and shoes, a water bottle, knee pads (if preferred), and a positive attitude and willingness to learn!

What is the cost for lessons?

Rates very based on session type and number of athletes. Contact us for current pricing and package details for multiple sessions. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

Can I train with a friend or teammate?

Yes! Small group sessions are a great option. Just let us know who you would like to train with, and we will coordinate a session. 

Does No Coast offer help preparing for tryouts for club season?

Absolutely. We specialize in pre-tryout prep to help athletes sharpen their skills, build confidence, and stand out in evaluations.
